Following your deal preview, you will receive 2 emails from us requesting to activate your Partner Portal

Your portal allows you to redeem vouchers, access reports, and request deal and account updates, making it easy to stay up to date with your campaigns.

How to Redeem

As a Partner, the redemption of a voucher is vital, as it guarantees that payment is made to you. Once a voucher has been redeemed, payment will automatically be scheduled.

How to redeem via the desktop

  • Go to Partner Portal and log in. 
  • On the dashboard, navigate to the “Redeem, a voucher” option. 
  • Enter the code seen on the customer’s voucher and click on “Redeem”.
  • You will be notified when the voucher has been successfully redeemed. The voucher will then be unredeemable for future use, and Hyperli will be notified of the transaction so that payment can be made to you

How to redeem via your Mobile

  • Add the Partner portal onto your mobile's homescreen
  • Open Chrome and enter the following URL https://partners.hyperli.com
  • Tap the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner.
  • Select "Add to Home screen."
  • Customize the name of the shortcut if desired, then tap "Add."
  • You may be prompted to drag the icon to your home screen, or it will automatically be added.

Add the Partner portal onto your mobile’s homescreen (see above reference on how to do so)

There are two options to redeem vouchers via the mobile version:

  • Option 1 – Scanning the voucher: To scan the voucher, select the “Scan” button. The camera on your device will open, place the barcode of the customer’s voucher within the green square seen on your screen to redeem the voucher.
  • Option 2 – Entering the voucher code: Enter the voucher code seen on the customer’s voucher.
  • You will be notified when the voucher has been successfully redeemed. The voucher will then be unredeemable for future use, and Hyperli will be notified of the transaction so that payment can be made to you

Payments

It is important to note that payments are processed on redeemed vouchers only. Payments are made 2 weeks from the voucher redemption date (on the Wednesday of that week) and should reflect 24 to 48 hours later, depending on your bank

We’ve included two reports on your dashboard which will help you keep track of your campaign.

  • Voucher report – View all sold and redeemed vouchers
  • Payments report – View all payments made to you

HOW TO MAXIMISE YOUR CAMPAIGN

Promotions are not only beneficial to your customers; they can also do great things for your business, such as

First-time buyers influenced by your promotion can become repeat customers and generate positive word of mouth. Engaging with new customers helps build relationships and expand your network by encouraging them to follow your social media, join your database, and spread the word.  

UPSELL

Use the opportunity to show customers what else you offer, and encourage them to add extras to their experience, browse menus and take in all you have to offer. 

MAKE SURE YOUR RULES ARE CLEAR

Ensure that all the correct details appear on the campaign – the price, inclusions, exclusions, bookings, etc. – to avoid any mishaps and potential confusion which could invariably lead to a poor experience.

TRAIN AND PREPARE YOUR STAFF

Make sure your entire staff complement is notified and properly trained. It is important that everyone not only knows about the campaign but also how to redeem the voucher and what the terms are.

PROMOTE YOUR OFFERING

Take the time to advertise and promote your campaign on the various online and offline marketing platforms. Whether it be on a chalkboard or social media, make sure that it’s visible to existing customers and those who just ‘window-shop’. 

PLAN YOUR INVENTORY

Don’t be caught off guard if there’s an influx of customers. In the build up to your campaign going live, ensure that you have stocked up and that your staff are well equipped to handle all that is thrown at them.
