You don't HAVE to register (we do offer a guest checkout option), but we really do recommend it!
When you create an account, you can view your order history, easily find and download vouchers, plus keep an eye on your order status. It's pretty handy, you know!
Unable to log in, reach out to us for assistance in activating your account, it needs to be verified before you’re able to successfully log in…support@hyperli.com.
Already verified your account but can’t log in, please go ahead and reset your password to successfully log in. On the Log in page, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to reset.
Buying a voucher:
- Browse our website and simply add items to your cart. Continue shopping or select the ‘Checkout’ option.
- You can choose to checkout as a guest by continuing with the checkout process, or
- You can choose to purchase via your Hyperli account (by clicking on Already have an account? Log in), or
- If you’re a new user and wish to create an account, click on ‘Already have an account? Log in’ and select the ‘New customer? Sign up for an account’ option.
- Once you’re logged in, complete the requested information and click on ‘continue to payment’.
- Select your preferred payment method and continue until your order has been successfully processed.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation as well as a separate email for each voucher purchased

- You can choose to purchase via your Hyperli account (by clicking on Already have an account? Log in), or
- If you’re a new user and wish to create an account, click on ‘Already have an account? Log in’ and select the ‘New customer? Sign up for an account’ option.
- Once you’re logged in, complete the requested information and click on ‘continue to shipping’.
- Here you’ll be able to update/change or view your ‘ship to’ address
- Your shipping method with shipping fees will also be displayed for your convenience
- If you’re happy with the info provided, click on ‘continue to payment’.
- Select your preferred payment method and continue until your order has been successfully processed.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation via email to confirm a successful order

Already logged in
Simply click on "My Account" and select "Vouchers." There, you'll discover a list of all vouchers you’ve purchased. Need a digital copy? No problem! You can easily email yourself a PDF version of your voucher, ensuring you always have it accessible whenever and wherever you need it.
Used Guest Checkout
We recommend checking your email inbox, including your spam folder, as the voucher should have been sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you still cannot locate the voucher, let us know…support@hyperli.com.
Requesting a refund for your voucher is a hassle-free and straightforward process. All you need to do is:
- Go to https://hyperli.com/account (otherwise known as your account, so you need to be logged in)
- Go to your Order History
- Navigate to the order of the voucher you wish to refund & view order details
- Click on the ‘ REQUEST A REFUND’ option
- You’ll be required to complete the refund request form and then,
- Click Submit
Our support team will reach out to you shortly thereafter to provide assistance. If you’ve purchased using the guest checkout option, please do reach out to our support team and request a refund.

What is a Promo code:
A special offer that allows you, the customer, to enjoy a discount on your order. By entering the promo code provided, the discounted amount is applied, resulting in savings according to the rules of said promo code (Note, T&C’s apply to promo codes).
What is a Gift card:
A gift card typically comes in the form of a monetary value that can be redeemed for purchases. It’s commonly the result of a refund for cancelled orders. All Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of receipt.
How do I apply a gift card or promo code
During the checkout process, look for the Gift Card or discount code field - copy & paste the code and click ‘Apply’
Can I top up my gift card?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the option of 'topping up' a gift card, but you can use it towards your purchase and cover the remaining balance using one of our other payment methods.
Can I use BOTH a gift card & promo code?
Yes, you can absolutely use both a gift card and a promo code. First, the discount from the promo code will be deducted from the total amount due. Then, the value of the gift card will be applied, further reducing the remaining balance. This allows you to maximise your savings and enjoy the benefits of both the gift card and the promo code in a single order.
Where can I find my Gift Card?
This would have been emailed directly to your registered email address, kindly check your inbox first, if you’re still unable to find either the email or the gift card code, let us know… support@hyperli.com
Can I use the same gift card for more than 1 order?
With our gift card system, you can use the same card for multiple orders as long as you've got some money left on it. Just keep it safe, and whenever you make a purchase, apply the code at checkout until you reach a balance of 0.00.
Can I use multiple gift cards for the same order?
Absolutely! You have the option to use multiple gift cards to pay for your order. Just apply each gift card code separately, one after the other, during the checkout process. As you do so, you'll notice the total due decreasing with each gift card applied.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
Use the gift card code and search your emails for the email we would have sent you. In this email, you can click the ‘view gift card balance’ link and it will give you the remaining balance of that particular gift card.
Currently, we do not have a mobile app available. However, it is something we are actively exploring and working towards. We understand the importance of offering a mobile app for our customers, and we appreciate your interest.
Shipping Method:
We exclusively provide door-to-door deliveries within South Africa.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery window for Hyperli International generally covers 12 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that minor delays may occur due to supplier stock delays, custom delays and courier delays.
Ordered more than one item?
Your items may be shipped from different suppliers, resulting in them arriving separately. That means you'll get tracking for each of them.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you an email once your order is dispatched - you can then keep tracking your order using the link in the dispatch email sent.
Do you offer free shipping?
We don't offer free shipping – a shipping fee is applied to all product purchases.
How much is the shipping fee?
We cannot provide a shipping fee prior to the purchase being made. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout, taking into account the quantity of items, their weight, and the distance they need to travel.
Can I cancel/change my product order?
Once your order is paid for, it is promptly processed and cannot be cancelled. Additionally, please note that modifying the contents of your order by adding or removing items is not possible.
Can I collect my order?
Regrettably, there is no option for collection.
