CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted from the registered email address, within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated where deals are non-refundable. After this period, refunds will not be considered or processed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use the voucher within the indicated validity period. However, we will gladly extend your voucher where possible, if approved by the Merchant.


If you are eligible for a refund, it will be provided in the form of a Hyperli gift card. You will receive a gift card equal to the value of your purchase, and it will remain valid for 3 years.

If you redeem your voucher during the voucher cancellation period, you request the services to begin being provided to you, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the voucher. Since Hyperli is not responsible for the supply or provision of the Merchant offering, once your voucher is redeemed you are not entitled to a refund (in whole or in part). In instances where additional monies were paid directly to the Merchant, you must request a refund from the Merchant directly.

If you redeem your voucher, but the Merchant has not properly provided you with the Merchant offering, or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Merchant offering, you must take action against the Merchant directly. 

Factors beyond our control: We will not be liable to you for any breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God, failure of any communications or computer systems.

Hyperli International Products: Once an order has been placed and dispatched by our international supplier, refunds will not be processed.

Getaway Vouchers: All bookings must be made within 7 working days of purchase – no refund requests will be considered thereafter.

Online Courses & Coded Deals: No refunds will be processed once the voucher has been purchased.

Errors and omissions: We are not liable for errors or omissions (e.g., listing a Voucher at R1.99 instead of R199.00. We will use reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as feasible after being notified of them. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any voucher, item, services or information on the website or forming part of the services from time to time.
