Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance will result in your voucher being forfeited, and you will not receive a refund
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking. Late arrivals will have an impact on the duration of your quad bike experience and sand boarding experience. The duration of your quad bike experience and sandboarding experience will be shortened accordingly
No shows will forfeit their Hyperli voucher
PLEASE NOTE: The Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve National Park’s entrance permit of R200 per person for quad biking and R75 per adult and R48 per child for sandboarding is not included in this offer. An additional fee of R200 per person applies for a permit to ride a quad bike on the Atlantis Dunes and an additional fee of R75 per adult and R48 per child applies for a permit to ride a sand board on the Atlantis Dunes. These fees are payable by the coupon holder on arrival (on the day of your booking) at the National Parks permit office
Age policy: no child under 12 years old is allowed to participate in the activities included in this offer
Suggested things to bring: water, snacks and sun protection
Clothing suggestion: comfortable clothing, sun hat/cap, closed shoes, long socks and sunglasses
No experience is needed for both activities (quad bike and sandboarding). All quad bikes are automatic and easy to ride
Total experience duration: 90 minutes (includes: quad bike tour and dune adventure, sandboard experience, administration, instructions and safety briefings)
Activities included in this offer are weather permitting and your booking is subject to change. Weather is assessed on the day of your booking and the activities will not take place during dangerous or bad weather conditions
