Every month, one lucky Hyperli shopper will win a R1000 Hyperli Gift Card simply for sharing an honest review of a deal they’ve purchased in accordance with the Ts & Cs below.

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Hyperli (Pty) Ltd (registration no: 2016/411385/07) (“Hyperli”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Period

This promotion runs from the launch date and will continue until such time as Hyperli decides to end it. Hyperli reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at its discretion.

3. Who Can Enter

You may participate if:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You are a resident of South Africa.
• You have purchased a deal on Hyperli.

You may not participate if you are:

• An employee, supplier, director, or agent of Hyperli involved in this promotion, or
• An immediate family member or business partner of such a person.

4. How to Enter

To enter the monthly draw:

• Purchase a deal on Hyperli during the promotion period
• Submit a review of your purchased deal via the review email sent to you after your voucher has been redeemed by the partner or on the deal page
• Once your review is successfully submitted and approved, it will automatically count as one entry into that month’s draw.

5. Content of Your Review

To qualify, reviews must pass Hyperli’s moderation guidelines. Reviews must:

• Be based on your genuine experience with the deal or experience purchased
• Be relevant to the deal or partner
• Not contain offensive language, hate speech, or inappropriate content
• Not include links to external websites
• Not duplicate other reviews

Hyperli reserves the right to remove or decline reviews that do not meet these guidelines.

6. Number of Entries

Customers may submit multiple reviews, provided each review relates to a separate voucher and meets the moderation guidelines.

Each valid review submitted within a calendar month will count as an entry for that month’s draw.

Reviews do not roll over into the next month’s draw.

7. Entry Fees

There are no additional entry fees required to participate in the promotion beyond purchasing a deal and submitting a review.

8. Prize

Each month, one winner will receive a R1,000 in Hyperli Gift Card.

The prize:

• Is not transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Hyperli will not be responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the prize once it has been issued.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid reviews submitted during the month.

The winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their Hyperli account.

Hyperli may request verification details (such as name and contact information) before awarding the prize.

10. Disqualification

A winner may be disqualified if:

• They fail to provide the requested verification information within a reasonable timeframe
• They are found to have breached any of the promotion rules
• They cannot provide reasonable proof of identity if requested

If a winner is disqualified, Hyperli reserves the right to select another winner.

11. Use of Participant Information

By submitting a review and participating in this promotion, you agree that Hyperli may:

• Use your review content for marketing or promotional purposes
• Contact you regarding the promotion if necessary

Participants may decline participation in marketing activities if requested.

12. Unforeseen Circumstances

Hyperli reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances arise that are beyond its reasonable control.

13. Acceptance of Rules

By submitting a review and entering the promotion, participants agree to these promotion rules, without exception.
