Competition runs 19 October 2026 to 15 November 2026

1. The promoter

This competition is run by HYPERLI Pty Ltd, trading as Hyperli ("Hyperli", "we", "us"), 55 Somerset Road, in partnership with MSC Cruises ("MSC").

2. Competition period

The competition opens at 00:01 on 19 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 15 November 2026 (South African time). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

3. The prize

One (1) winner will receive a cruise for two (2) people in an Ocean View cabin on board the MSC Armonia, sponsored by MSC Cruises, valued at R17,000.

• Sailing: departs Durban on 21 December 2026 and returns to Durban on 26 December 2026.
• Route: Durban – Pomene (Mozambique) – Portuguese Island (Mozambique) – Durban.
• Included: an Ocean View cabin (Fantastica experience), meals and onboard entertainment.
• Not included: flights, transfers to and from Durban, all drinks, optional shore excursions, and any items of a personal nature.
• The prize is only valid for the sailing on 21 December 2026. No other dates are available.
• The prize is for the winner and one guest. The winner must be 18 years or older.
• Both travellers must hold a passport that is valid for this trip, because the cruise visits Mozambique. Passengers without valid travel documents will not be allowed to board.
• No part of the prize may be transferred to someone else, amended, extended or exchanged for cash.
• MSC Cruises’ terms and conditions apply to the cruise.

4. Who can enter

• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older with a valid South African ID or passport. To travel on the prize cruise, the winner and their guest must both have a valid passport and be available to sail on 21 December 2026.
• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents and consultants of Hyperli, MSC Cruises, and their advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers, and their spouses, life partners, business partners and immediate family members, may not enter.

5. How to enter

• Enter your first name and email address in the entry form on the competition page at https://hyperli.com/pages/win-an-msc-cruise-for-2 and click "Enter the Draw".
• Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything to enter.
• Each person may enter once. Duplicate entries using the same email address count as one entry.
• Entries made with false details, or in bulk or through automated means, will be disqualified.

6. Bonus entry

After entering, you can receive one (1) bonus entry by tapping the "Share on WhatsApp" button on the entry form. The maximum is one bonus entry per person, so each person can have up to two entries in the draw.

7. The draw

• The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 16 November 2026.
• The draw will take place at Hyperli’s offices.
• 1 reserve winners will be drawn at the same time, in order.
• The winner will be contacted by email and phone on the day of the draw. Because the sailing date is fixed, the winner must reply within 2 working days and provide proof of identity and age, plus full names and passport details for both travellers.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not reply in time, cannot travel on 21 December 2026, or does not meet these terms, they forfeit the prize and the prize will be offered to the first reserve winner, then the second, on the same conditions.
• The draw result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Announcing the winner

We will announce the winner's first name and the first letter of their surname on Hyperli's website and social media channels, but only with the winner's consent. Winners can choose not to be named publicly.

9. Prize delivery

Once the winner's identity is confirmed, Hyperli will send them instructions by email for submitting both passengers' details to MSC Cruises so the booking can be finalised. Both passengers' details must be submitted within the 30-day claim period in section 3.

10. Your information

• By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Hyperli. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not cancel your entry.
• We will process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with MSC Cruises or any other third party, except the winner's and their guest's details where needed to book the prize cruise.

11. General

• This competition is run in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its regulations.
• We may change or end the competition if circumstances outside our control require it. Any change will be published on this page.
• To the extent allowed by law, Hyperli and MSC Cruises are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from taking part in the competition or from using the prize.
• These terms are available free of charge on this page for the duration of the competition.
