1. Promoter
This promotional competition is run by Hyperli (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period
The competition runs from 00:00 on 04 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 10 May 2026.
No entries received after the closing date will be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open to South African residents only
• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and associated partners are not eligible

4. How to Enter

• Customers are automatically entered when making a purchase on Hyperli during the competition period
• Entry is based on order value (excluding delivery fees, refunds, or cancelled orders):
• Spend R300 or more → Entry into Prize Pool 3
• Spend R600 or more → Entry into Prize Pool 2
• Spend R1,000 or more → Entry into Prize Pool 1
• Every additional R300 spent = 1 extra entry
• Multiple orders are allowed and will each qualify separately

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be selected via a random draw on Monday, 11th of May after the competition closes
• Winners will be contacted via email or phone number used at checkout
• If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected

7. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary
