Eligibility: The Tech Mystery Deal is open to citizens and legal residents of South Africa who are over the age of 18 years at the time of purchase and possess a valid South African Identity Document. Residents must also have a valid passport, South African bank account, and necessary residency permission.

Deal Duration: The Tech Mystery Deal will commence on Monday, 13th of January 2025, at 12:00 CAT and will run until the deal sells out or until further notice.

Purchase Process: To participate, purchase a voucher for the deal titled “MacBook Air 13", PS5, iPhone 12, Samsung 43" TV & More - Unwrap the Ultimate Tech Mystery!”. You have the option to choose between standard or premium and complete the transaction accordingly. Each successful order will result in the receipt of one item based on the voucher option chosen.

Product Selection: Each customer's item will be selected through a random draw, which will take place once the deal has sold out or at the discretion of the organiser. The prize selection process will differ based on the voucher option chosen:

• Standard Ticket: Customers purchasing a standard ticket will receive the Y68 Bluetooth Smart Watch or TWS Bluetooth Earbuds Touch Screen unless their name has been drawn to receive one of the following items: Samsung 43" TV or Apple AirPods. Premium items are not included in the standard ticket option.
  
  
• Premium Ticket: Customers purchasing a premium ticket will receive one of the remaining 800 items from the list of available prizes and will also stand a chance to win any one of the premium items: MacBook Air 13", PS5 or iPhone 12.

Delivery: After each purchase, gifts will be delivered within 7-10 business days. The number of gifts received will match the number of vouchers purchased. If the deal doesn’t sell out and fewer customers buy each option, we can't guarantee the specific item you'll receive, only that it will be from your chosen tier. Grand prizes will be determined by the number of vouchers sold, so the items you receive may vary accordingly. Customers can purchase multiple vouchers, which may result in receiving duplicate gifts. While we aim for timely delivery, any delays will be communicated to customers.

Product Conditions: Products are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable in any form. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled, except where required by law.

Compliance with Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

• The Tech Mystery Deal complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) regulations for promotions.
• The promotion is conducted in the ordinary course of business to promote a product/service.
• Customers pay the option price for the item and a standard delivery fee
• Customers receive the purchased item as in an ordinary sale, with no additional risk or consideration required for product entitlement.
