If the deal doesn’t sell out and fewer customers buy each option, we can’t guarantee the exact item you’ll receive, only that it will be from your selected tier. Customers may purchase multiple vouchers, which could result in duplicate gifts. We reserve the right to substitute any item with a similar one of equal value at our discretion.

• If fewer than 1600 customers purchase the Premium R299 option, or fewer than 400 customers purchase the Standard R249 option, we cannot guarantee which item you will receive, only that it will be from the corresponding tier.
