Black Friday Mystery Deal – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Black Friday Mystery Deal – iPhone 18 Pro, Nintendo Switch 2, Ray-Ban Meta, Samsung 65" TV & More!, brought to you by Hyperli. By purchasing a voucher for the Black Friday Mystery Deal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Black Friday Mystery Deal is open to South African citizens and legal residents who are 18 years or older at the time of purchase and hold a valid South African ID or passport. Directors, employees, agents and consultants of Hyperli, their immediate families, and suppliers of the prizes may buy the deal but may not win a main prize.

2. Deal duration

The deal starts on 22 November 2026 at 12:00 CAT and runs until it sells out or until further notice.

3. Purchase process

To take part, customers buy a voucher for the Black Friday Mystery Deal and choose either the Premium tier (R349) or the Lite tier (R249). Each voucher purchased entitles the customer to:

• one guaranteed item from the standard item pool of their selected tier, and
• one entry into the main prize draw for their selected tier.

4. Guaranteed items

Every voucher receives one item from the standard item pool of the selected tier. Standard items are allocated at random. Customers cannot choose a specific item.

5. Main prize draw

• Every voucher sold is automatically entered into the main prize draw for its tier. No separate entry is needed.
• Main prizes are unlocked by sales milestones:
  
  Premium: one main prize is unlocked for every 170 Premium vouchers sold.
  Lite: one main prize is unlocked for every 60 Lite vouchers sold.
  
  
• Winners are drawn at random from all vouchers sold in that tier, and are announced during the campaign.
• Main prize winners also keep their guaranteed item.
• Each voucher can win only one main prize.
• If the deal does not sell out, only the main prizes unlocked by the milestones reached will be drawn, so there may be fewer main prize winners.
• Winners will be contacted by email and phone using the details on their order. A winner who cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within [X days] forfeits it, and a new winner is drawn.
• Winners’ first names and initials will be published on [Hyperli’s website / social media]. Winners may be asked for proof of identity before the prize is delivered.

6. Prize tiers

The full list of guaranteed items and main prizes per tier is set out below.

7. Delivery

• A delivery fee of R49 per order is charged at checkout.
• Guaranteed items are delivered within 7–10 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.
• Main prizes are delivered after the winner has been verified.
• Customers receive one guaranteed item for each voucher purchased.
• Hyperli is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other external factors, but will communicate any delays where possible.

8. Important conditions

• Guaranteed items and main prize winners are selected at random.
• Customers may buy multiple vouchers. Each voucher is a separate entry into the main prize draw, but customers may receive duplicate guaranteed items.
• Prizes and items are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• No specific item or main prize is guaranteed.

9. Compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

• The Black Friday Mystery Deal is run in the ordinary course of business to promote Hyperli’s products and services, in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its regulations.
• Customers pay the price of their chosen tier plus a standard delivery fee, and receive a guaranteed item for each voucher, as in an ordinary sale.
• The main prize draw is conducted at random. These terms are available free of charge on request.
• Hyperli keeps records of the draw as required by the CPA.
