A 72-hour cancellation is required with a valid reason, following a re-book date as no refunds are allowed
Bookings are confirmed once proof of payment is received
Failing to do this, will regard your booking being void
Bookings can only be moved twice
Clients who have vouchers and do not show up for your appointment it will lead to a forfeit of your treatment
Cash clients who confirm a booking and do not show for their appointment will be liable for a penalty fee of R250
