- Biz Evolution will apply to reserve the proposed company name, approval takes maximum two working days
- Biz Evolution will then complete the registration application with CIPC and email the documents to the Director/s to sign
- Company registration process will take between 2 - 3 working days thereafter
- Company registration documents will be sent to the Director/s via email
- This offer is limited to standard private company registration (no amendments to the standard Memorandum of Incorporation)
- Initial proposed name application included, a R90 service fee will be charged for additional company name applications if required.
- Limited to natural person directors i.e. No Juristic Directors
