Eligibility: The Great Travel Mystery is open to citizens and legal residents of South Africa who are over the age of 18 years at the time of purchase and possess a valid South African Identity Document. Residents must also have a valid passport, South African bank account, and necessary residency permission.

Deal Duration: The Great Travel Mystery will commence on Monday, 2nd of July 2025, at 12:00 CAT and will run until the deal sells out or until further notice.

Purchase Process: To participate, purchase a voucher for the deal titled “The Great Travel Mystery: Win a Luxury Escape to Phuket, Zanzibar, Kruger & Hermanus!”. Each successful order will result in the receipt of one of the items listed.

Product Selection: Each customer's prize will be randomly selected from a pool of 1,996 available items. By purchasing a ticket, customers are guaranteed one of these prizes and will also be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of the exclusive holidays.

Delivery: Gifts will be delivered within 7–10 business days following each purchase. The main prize draw will take place once all vouchers have been sold. Customers will receive one gift per voucher purchased, and purchasing multiple vouchers may result in duplicate gifts. While we strive for timely delivery, any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated to affected customers.

Product Conditions: Products are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable in any form. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled, except where required by law.
